What this role actually is.

Xolver is at a critical inflection point. We are moving from research-heavy prototypes to category-defining physical AI platforms. This is an apprenticeship for someone who wants to understand the "Control Spine" of a startup as much as the tech itself. You aren't just an intern; you are a force multiplier for the Founder's Office, responsible for managing the high-entropy environment that comes with 0-to-1 scaling. You will work directly with the founder to streamline operations, bridge communication gaps, and protect the team's most valuable asset: deep work. This is a role for someone who wants to see how strategic decisions are made, how engineering roadmaps are defended, and how a world-class team is built from the ground up. If you are looking for a structured, "safe" internship with a pre-defined playbook, this is not it. If you want to be in the room where the playbook is being written, apply.

Talent Engine Optimization

You will own the early-stage recruiting pipeline, sourcing world-class engineering talent on LinkedIn and ensuring every candidate experience reflects Xolver’s first-principles culture. You manage the logistics so the founder can focus on the technical bar.

Strategic Calendar Architecture

Deep work is our competitive advantage. You will not just schedule meetings; you will architect a calendar that protects technical focus blocks and ensures high-priority business operations move forward without friction.

Founder Operations & Outreach

Drafting high-stakes outreach, managing critical documentation, and acting as a primary interface for partners and investors. You are the filter that ensures only the most high-signal information reaches the founder.

Agile Research & Intelligence

Executing rapid, high-intensity deep dives into emerging AI architectures, robotics markets, and enterprise landscapes. You synthesize complex information into actionable briefs that influence our GTM and engineering strategy.

You have a "builder" mindset and a relentless curiosity about how complex systems (both technical and organizational) function. You understand that "brutal minimalism" applies to communication as much as it does to code; you speak in short, high-impact sentences and loathe fluff. You are someone who wants to be a founder, a Chief of Staff, or a lead operator. You are ready to thrive in a chaotic, fast-moving environment where the only constant is the pursuit of excellence.

What we expect

  • Status: Final year student or recent graduate (preferred).
  • Tech-Native: Fluent in using LLMs and modern tools to work 10x faster.
  • Communication: Exceptional direct communication skills; brevity is your default.
  • Ambition: Long-term interest in a "Founder’s Office" or "Chief of Staff" career path.
